Facts i Know.....
Warman was the First G9 WArrior On the server And we Never Saw him online most of the time he was only online during wars [ This was when he was g8 hmm about 12 months ago! ]
Secondly THe 20% mounted gred axe Ritual here is talking about is the only Axe on the server [ Rest i know are 30% mounted ]
Warman and The guy who plays Bane Do have connections [ The guy who plays Bane Now Is Mr. Gurpal Singh aKa Deagle, Bro of Knighthawk ]
How do i know About Deagle and warman's Connections?
Well if an Hold Player of a3 remembers correctly WArman had Quit for sometime in oct 2005... and returned back a month later.... The day He returned he put up a shop in Temoz and put a saving scroll in it for the max price And the Title of the shop was BRB calling Deagle.....
And yes WArman had once given his lvl 36 SS to deagle for the Indian Idol Comptetion coz deagle was making a warrior for it.... i mYself had given my 30% mounted Gerd to deagle coz warman had a 20% mounted Gred axe and the lvl restriction for the competition was 80....
U can Cross check all these Things With MAgekt [ He quit the Game SO again i ask hellbound His Brother to call Magekt aKa Kunal to help us on this case here ]

Yes, the SS did belong to Warman. "I" heard it Bane got it
from Warman for 7k real cash.
Coz, Cuper sealed the deal to
buy it from Bane. Mr.GM neither do I have any proof nor anything
to justify my statement as true or false. But..... The truth is

guyz think about it logically.......even if warman was a gms charac or a test character........why wud they tell the world he was??wether u guyz hav noticed it or not warman comes online mostly for the special events......and the guides and gm dont care much about the high lvl ppl..........all they want is more customers/subscribers aka noobs!

Well... I still haven't heard nething from the GM's... Why are u guys not replying at all.... don't tell me there is no point to argue...
Since there is no reply from u guys as to how i shud communicate privately tomorrow i'm going to come up with another post full of screenies... Full of proofs... Next time the entire A3 community is going the rubbish the kind of attitudes u show towards certain section of players...

I'm sure this Warman thing is on this forums from the past 1 year... Did it take u guys 1 year to know that he got all his stuff by hacking??
When every1 was suspecting of u guys involved in the Warman thing... then why didn't u freeze his account and check what was the reason for his high economy...
When u cud make an investigation and find Yanaa guilty as soon as u guys did... Then why did u take such a long time (more than a year) to find that he was a hacker???
And can u plz mention the names of that group... I mean u mentioned that he had a group of hackers... Mind mentioning them???

Why did it take u guys so much time to find out that he was into hacking????How was he so rich - He had a big community that was buying out accounts first and then went into hacking accounts from where we suspect he got his big economy.

What did u guys do to his group(buddies) of hackers???If we find a hacker, we make sure that he or none of his buddies online makes benefit of hacking. That is the base and motive of every investigation.

He used a bugCrest - That was a simple Bug that we caught up with before others could exploit. Yes it was possible to put a crest by modifying client files.

Sorry i was not able to reply to your posts as i took my time to see things a little Deeper.
One of Warman's shue was sold to another player ( cannot mention the name for real cash). This information was confirmed to us by mail from the customer himself. We cannot retrieve the item as it has passed many hands now. The owner of the shue gets to keep it. About his equipments, All his G9 are still with him but we were informed that he had some of his G8's in another character which we were not aware of. Those have passed hands to. But He has also confirmed that those were taken without his permission. Based on this we will penalise the first level of characters that were using these items.
We will track these items and retrieve them.
About raising issues in public, time and again i tell you we have no issues with that. Only when you claim Warman may have been a Gm's friend or as hellbound claims he is a GM, it would be advisable to clarify rather than just go around saying stuff like that. I was always ready to show history of items.
About Bane, the character has been repeatedly used for many such non-manner activities, it has been placed under Ban.
Yes, he had money which was transferred using shops and items from hacked accounts. But he would be the 10th or 11 th in the chain. The beauty is they always went after accounts that were shared. This way whenever we got a complaint regarding - We could not conclude whether Warman was involved in hacking or was he simply one of the people who exchanged items with the hacked accounts. Its not very nice if we were to penalise a guy and not have solid evidence cos he is not gonna just accept our penalty go to sleep. Even in the case of clear cut client hacks people came back with " Yes we were wrong but still dont penalise us". .
About the crest bug, it came to light after we froze his account. By the end of the first round investigations we had enough to place the character under permanent BAN. Since this is the capital punishment in this game - we closed case on Warman.
Yes the investigation was slow but for obvious reasons. As long as we have players who cant level up their character themselves and keep sharing it willingly we will have people who take advantage of them. There is very little we or anybody can do about such things.
If players are feeling insecure it is our duty to give proof of assurance and we will continue to do so. Do raise all issues you feel players need to know about. We will do our best to clear your doubts.

hmm not bad...
just one question seems to have been side tracked..
wat becomes of those items tht have been sold? and also abt korath's axe which i can confirm is lvl 10 sinc ei have pvped with both korath and rexar who supposedly have lvl 8 axe and i can make outt the dmg difference..
hope u guys cn take action regarding that

I appreciate ur reply Mr. GM... Some accepatance of mistakes there...
But the sad part is the players in possession of those items took a short cut... When we get to make those stuff the hard way.... I know it is a part of ne organisation... Sadly this is spreading to the games as well...
But 1 thing's for sure... The axe and pants which Korath has is Warman's lvl 10 Axe... I don't have concreate evidence towards this... So i'll leave this topic at this stage... When I get them I'll surely inform it to u guys...
Regarding the new things which I've got to know... I guess i'll tell it over in private... But the sad part we don't have a platform where we can talk to u guys privately...
What do i mean by platform??? Well... WOW(World of Warcraft) which is one of the best MMORPGs in the world has a TICKET SYSYTEM... A player with some problems in-game which can not be sorted out by the in-game guides will be given a ticket... The maximum time taken for him to get a reply by the GM will be half-an-hour... When in conversation with GM the player can sort out ne issues with them... I'm not trying to compare here... I'm just giving u an example which I guess u guys can also implement...
