sir what this suppose to mean ??? every time i mail to support team they just send me this email and do nothing more thn this plz tell me wt m i suppose to do with this 1 lne untill i get my hacked char back ????????

It means that the issue is resolved and the support wouldn't want to do anything more about your issue.
