its more then 24hrs. still no reply.
waiting for a simple issue, i just forget my pas n alternate email.
now for that i have to wait 1 year?

Gms? cant fix a minor problem
i only forget the pass n alternative. i have my sify id, i given all details.
still no reply to ticket. 2months+ n counting ;(
Sad support, no support at all ... sry to say but this server support is worst compared to other.
