i think MISTAKE is mistake, if Malboro got mace back whatever the reason was,then Tigerfighter shud also get back the Super Shue.

All players Should have same rights whether High or lvl low.
Its now upto GMs what to choose or already choosen.

If i presume right if ur shues were bought from shop and then its totally upto the player puttin the shop.If it was dealed and given then i bet GMS wont get it back.If its droppped picked then u have 90% chance that u get it back...

Dropped or dealt, all are same, Ie. its all ingame, Its not scamming,
genuine mistakes by players. I think ive even seen GMs not responding to
scamming. Sm times only part of the lost items frm scamming was returned.
( may be im wrong, sm1 can tell me if this has happend, i remember reading posts ).
To my knowledge GMs should not interfere in mistakes made by players.

If what was done to malbro was right, same should be done to tiger. Lolz
solving a case in 2 hrs. Hmmm smthing fishy here. I dont think GMs will
solve the case in 2 hrs if i drop my unique on sm1 by mistake
