it seems you're a third party here. you're neutral.

i have done no wrong with Heavengirle.

the price was 15 mil. for the char. she asked me to give the id and pass first. i asked her for money first. so i took half the amount initially.

what was i supposed to do, give her the id and pass with nothing in my hand..?? so she could run away with my char??

it seems that Danni (Heavengirle) hasn't told you the whole story yet. once everyone knows, the blame shall surely be shifted to the opposing party (danni). but i feel that there's no reason for me to explain myself as it is futile and a waste of time.

the matter is between heavengirle and i. we both know what the situation was. the details still remain buried so please don't accuse anyone without knowing the facts.

and one more thing. you're saying tnat GM's won't like what i've done. yes surely i have prohibited the A3 law of selling accounts but the same goes for Heavengirle. she too was buying.

but i don't think the GM's will mind this (selling and buying) as the laws in the A3 world are bleakly followed. you will see people sending shouts, talking in general in front of the in game Guides regarding selling and buying of accounts and nothing happens to them.

if i, for this reason am to be banned, then so should many other players before me including Heavengirle.
am i in any point incorrect??

yes, i (and everyone else except u, danni, etc) am third party.

two wrongs dont make a right ... at the end of all this, the situation is

1. you have 'half' the discussed amount with you and the mage character too with at least 2 people.

And this situation is same with many characters that you have had this 'deal' of urs. Once, it might be mistake on ur part. It happens twice or more, then u r definitely trying to scam people.

I can't comment on the shouts and their actual details coz i haven't seen any such transaction personally. But one thing i know for sure, GMs will mind this.

Even if leave the rules aside, you have still not kept your word, and thats called 'cheating'

i'd like to correct one of the statements that i had made earlier.

i'd said that Heavengirle gave me 7 mil. out of the 15mil. which was promised.

actually she gave me 1 mil. in the beginning then 800K and one of her noob char id's later.
that makes it 1.8mil. not 7mil.
i apologize for the memory lapse of mine.

if you don't believe me, ask her yourself...

now you think i'd give my char for just 1.8 mil.??

had she given me the full amount...i would've certainly completed the deal with her...

if i get banned...so should the other chars who have dealt with me for buying accounts...

if GM's are gonna ban people....ban them too along with the several other players who send shouts regarding this issue.

if they want...i could give the name's of the other chars i've dealt with...
