There is no level requirement to crafting.even a new char can craft but it is costly 10000wz per craft so..
About Ores -
Once you have a storage box , it stores hundred of the same type of thing.Its pretty useful while crafting ores , because you can just keep collecting all the ores you want in that box until you have enough to craft it into a crystal at one go. This is because, if you have six and make it into a piece you will still have to store it somewhere... it defeats the purpose. So lets say you decided early on that you are going to make a particular crystal, just keep on storing the 72 ores needed for it in your storage until you have enough ores and cash to do it at one go.
This DOES NOT apply to those who dont have a storage box...
