Thats an event. The normal game doesnt allow that. No matter what. Grace is a monster drop and a monster drop only.
Seed and Leaf were obtained from the lucking bag as a result of extreme distress and quitting of members owing to the fact that grace was rare and were stuck on G9.

As the name sez..its a lucky bag(a drop from monsters)..
Right click on it and you(and every1 around you) get that item..
the item can be anything from a stonepiece to grace..
Imagine every1 around getting a grace...

Everyone around you doesnt get the item. Only you do. Unless the friggin item is edited..by default it doesnt..
