I said 29% and not 21%..and i said i am not sure,i maybe wrong..!!

So Bow boots have 32% crit rate and XBow has 23%..??

Even i agree that Bow Rules,and with Uniques a Bow Archer owns due to higher crit rate(Helps while using Uni XBow) and higher defence(Less usage of pots while pvping).

LOL...yeah...the damn firing rate is much faster than the potting rate..

that was the reason Auto Potting was actually introduced into a3 in the first place...
