You dont need any tools to convert it..
Just open the pic in Paint and then save it again in JPEG format. Job done..!!

Shes a b33tch of da first order, if u av been in temoz then only u cn know her change in colours as i was a temozian bfr 130.....as soon as i changed 2 quanto she became tht blood *censored* i mean phuck her!....still she wasn,t able 2 dig nethin out.....

now it does not matter weather he return my boots or not this is confirmed tht i wont let him lvl up and his cafe mates even ppl frm quanato and temoz are hlping me for this bcoz its not abt war of towns its all abt spoiling the sportsmanship of game may be i lost my boots today.if anti or xplode or sexysam have would have lost all would have pked the cheater as far as pk is concern its a part of game when i was 110 spica lifestealer fennyhood xplode rexar dragonseena joker spirit etc used to pk me but i never misbheaved with those guys pk me is juts a part of game
its now the turn of Kingofwar to quit the game or return my boots with aaplogy or i ma gona find and kill him even he come with dex . he tped 8 times with dex and always says tht no one can fight me 1-1.Dude if u return my boots tht would have been best way to be in game
