You must have been having the track of the item codes.
item codes are unique.
First give some evidence to support what you are saying and then ask for others to do.......
Being a GM doesnt mean that yours is a word of god and we have to belive what you say.

bhai log i m new to forums section
my char name is PALTU
he is banned or hked i dnt no
ON 28th dec2006
at about 11.30 pm i was unable to login from PALTU
i thouight there is bug
so i slept when next day i tried to login again i was unable
then i send mail to a3 they told me
my acc is banned for item transfering
i dont no how do i transfer the items
now from 29th dec at about 11 am
wen i tried to change my password
i was shocked
tht smbody hd changed my profile
i dont no who did this
i m paying from home,cafe and office
at cafe only there r two players
me and cafe owner
he has left this game y do he hk me
and he dnt no my pass also
but due to my char is banned the hker is unable to login
so my char is safe till yet
but the GMs not doing anything
i hv send many mails to them
they r just rplying tht
V R SRRY THT V CNT HELP U IN RETRIVING THE ACC
wat it means
is my char is permanently banned??????????//
they r not rplying the satisfactory ans of my qst

now time has came that Gm`s r going mad....
U must have read a story when we were kids that how i single lie give birth to 100s of lies....
Same happning to these Gm`s....
i m not telling that they r lieing but after supporting a G10 char just coz its the first G10 in the server they r facing our fcking a$$...
anyways i know & all know that they r not gonna do anything now ..
they will just waste time & will giv answers like the previous one till the case become an old case...
Gmfirst i suggest u to face the problem as the Gm of ThriceshyA3 usedto do..
if anyone ask this type of question the answer will b "Fck off, I m the Gm & i will do watever i like

Not only this account hack, for any account hack we do not provide evidence to a player simple because they are not eligible to see such private transactions of any player. However we do have to present evidence to certain other people to prove a hack.
About thriceshy its a private server run by some amateurs who want to play god. We are game publishing company who want to provide a good gaming experience and encourage players to put out their frustations.
About managing servers, what server are you talking about. Please dont mistake GM's for server admins.
Finally gryfallion, No we cannot retrive those items for you just as how we cant reset Antidote's passive skills and crest.
