frankly speaking, many players won't even notice it
lets say they see an item in shop, they rush to storage, withdraw the 18 mi to buy it.(regarding missing items in storage, they'll see them missing if they have any, drop rate are so low, that , people hardly have anything in storage)
and this is a bug not created by player, it's from server end. and this ain't a beta version anymore(bugs aren't supposed to exist). and if a player uses that cash innocent of the fact that it's wz that arrived due a to bug during login. technically , hes innocent and can't be penalised.
GMs will surely say otherwise.
