u hacked a3 india server they say

What the fkk do you Gms think you are doing...
just tell me guys do you have some personal grievance with me ?????

Firstly you mail to me saying that my account was involved with account hack... NO PROOF given...
now you a$$holes tell me that i have violated ROC 16... attempting to and hacking a3india and/or deciphering any transmissions from therein..
when my cafe mates were hacked you GMs personally said that "A3india server is not hackable"... & now you guys accuse me of doing the impossible..
bravo...

hey GMs do you have any personal issues with me? or do you want me to quit or what then just say it to my face...
firstly you say that i have hacked someone's account.... still to give me proof about that... & that you will release my char if i agree to the penalty of 5lvl delevel & item wipe (which i don't agree to since i m innocent)...
then out of the blue you tell me that i hacked a3india server (where the fkk is your proof leading to this silly conclusion)... & my penalty is permanent ban...
bravo.... guys still not given me link to the so called a3penal code...

now GMs... pay proper heed to this... this is the first time ever i m using harsh language... & all readers will agree that its called for too...
you are playing with me as if i were your whor3.... GMs you wanna accuse me of any god damn violation of any god damn ROC... submit with it some fkkin PROOF...
only then shall i ever believe that i was involved in some wrong doing..

repeatedly... REPEATEDLY i am asking to speak with you guys personally in-game.... you guys are just shrugging me off... its the limit...

GMs just provide me with the proof that i was involved in hacking or that i violated ROC 16... till then without proof you have no god forsaken right to ban me...
in this country its innocent till proven guilty.. not the other way round....

firstly confirm which crime you guys are accusing me of...
hacking someone's account or ROC 16... then provide me proof for the same.... only then do you have any right (Legal or ethical) to endow punishment on me...

& BTW why do youy guys ask people to mail to [email protected] or [email protected] if you guys plan never to reply to the....
yea right... i m YET to get ANY reply from both the mails...

it seems that you have something personal against me.. the reason that i m saying this is that i was browsing through the other posts in this section & guess what i notice... you are giving more in-depth & frequent replies to other posts rather than mine.... so does that mean, only high lvlers are of your concern & not us newcomers???
or is it just that you can't beat me by your play of words (like in your other replies to other posts), & hence you choose to ignore me altogether..??
so what is it...

sir just tell me how will you communicate to me the proofs and/or facts that led to you believing that i was involved in a3server hack (according to ROC 16)....
will you tell me via forums or in-game.... (i have lost hope on the e-mails part)...

sir atleast give me this much of information... i just can't understand how you proclaim me a culprit.. then punish me.. without ever first giving me details of my crime and without putting forth any evidence whatsoever..

this wait is killing me.. i can't level up.. my shues have surely perished... you are accusing me of a VERY serious offence... my char is under PERMANENT ban... & to top it all i m still unaware of the very reason as to why i have been banned...
what is my crime just tell me dude.. i m god damn sure that i m innocent, but still don't know innocent of what charges...

please provide me with the info that i m requesting of you....

this was the mail that i got today from [email protected]...
wow finally a responce .... but still no reply from [email protected]...(for a change check this id too GMs.. or delete it from the contact us list..)..

but guys do you notice something.. still no PROOF... no mention of what char and/or item which i had SUPPOSEDLY hacked, & they found me guilty of ?????

do you guys ever plan on disclosing it to me??? or was Gmfirst just plain lieing (sorry for the brash words)...
so till you fully disclose it to me, i will keep saying that i am being falsely accused....

Furthermore, now that the GMs have levied upon me a new accusation... a3server hacking ROC 16 violation (i m still confused as to how the hell can you ever think that i endulged in a3server hack?? )... that too without providing any proof whatsoever..(again, as usual)..

so i m not quite clear.. am i released of all charges?? or am i still banned...
i haven't tried logging in the game yet.. i will try that immediately after posting...

& sir another sincere request, since you still belive that i had endulged in item hacking.. and are releasing me only because the item wasn't misused.. hence i would request you to provide me with the info as to what item, belonging to which char, that i ever hacked...
since i m absolutely certain of my innocence.. i request you to give me that info... with substantiating proof...
i request of this as this incident is scarring my reputation... people will now believe that i m a hacker.....which is absolutely false...

well tried logging in the game... still no avail...
tried to send 5k msg to the GMs via a noob char.. all 3 msgs failed.. dunno why...

so apparently i have been released from one of the offences that i had supposedly committed.. (no proof still though)... but still i remain banned as according to the new charge levied upon me by the GMs (still no proof being supplemented..)

so GMs i kindly request you to give to me the proof/facts proving my guilt... in absence of which i remain innocent in laws eyes... & hence i request you to fully release my char....

i have already suffered huge loss in game-play time & now wish to clear my name of all these charges...
hence my previous requests i again demand here.. plz GMs speak with me in-game personally so as to finally settle the matter... or provide me with the proof /fact that led you to believe that i violated ROC 16... otherwise just plain release my character as soon as possible...

At last, finally, some clarifications...

Newmage if you are reading this post contact me in-game i will help you get justice...
i can prove that i didn't hack your account.. neither did i take your illheum staff...
as far as i can remember... a few weeks back my so called 'friend' "Terminatrix" asked for me to help him.. i said ya tell.. he says that he needed to transfer some items from HIS noob char to his real char... i thought WTF this guy is my friend so i will help..
he logs in with his noob char ( some name like asadahgjd.. not sure..)
gives me few stuffs, including an Illheum staff... i duly tranferred the items to his char "Terminatrix" when he brought that char...
I'm sure that the GMs will back me up this time because they can confirm that the item did not stay in my account for over 5 mins...

& btw if Terminatrix you are reading this post.. dude you may have been my friend still i took a report generation of our deal meaning that i have proof of our conversation & of me transferring the items to your char...
so that means that in trying to fkk me Terminatrix baby you fkked yourself..
Now GMs if you need for me to send to you the report generation files.. please ask me.. i will gladly mail them to you as an attatchment...
I have 3 such files from that day.. 2 are of my dealings and conversation with the mofo Terminatrix & his noob char.. & 1 is from some other deal.. since i can't distinguish between them.. i shall mail you all 3 & you can decipher them to throw light on the matter.. (just ignore the 3rd one)..

So i hope i can resume playing from tomorrow onwards....

BTW GMs a sincere request to you...
at first i was sent a mail saying involvement in item hack issue & the penalty mentioned was 5 lvl delvl & item wipe... then Gmdiablo posted on the forums that i had violated ROC16 & that called for a permanent ban...
The defination of ROC16 refers to server hack.... in this atest mail that i recieved i am told that my char was involved in item hack of Newmage & that it corresponds to ROC16...
Sir i will be very much obliged if the site can have a more detailed version of the ROCs.. includuing item hacks... & also all the various types of penalties be mentioned there too...
Sir its a sincere request & that will help avoid confusion for both you & the players in the future...


& Terminatrix... dude ON SIGHT PK... by me, my friends, their friends, by Newmage & his friends too i hope.. & pretty much of half A3 community...

Newmage do contact me in-game & clarify this matter (if i can login tomorrow that is)...

GMs please do not mind the harsh words that i have used in my previous posts.. for they were out of pure frustration, & you eill agree that it wasn't uncalled for... any innocent guy will be frustrated if he is framed unneccessarily...

GMs just don't close this post yet..
atleast reply to this one.. & put forth anymore clarifications if the need be...
also do reply & tell me if i need to mail to you the reports.. or you guys will just scan your database & find out the truth of my statements...
