I have yet another suggestion, though I dunno if my voice is reaching your supreme ears.
Are please atleast have courtesy to reply with your preformatted answer:-

So that I know I am not writing in a dead post.
Damn even a begger is heard after so many requests.
Well anyways the suggestion is:--
Why dont you guys let Temozians and Quanatians decide on a team of lets say 10 experienced (Ingame) guys and set a conference ingame with your bosses or their bosses or anybody who can take action instead of sending preformatted replies.
Look GMs I am not against you guys and I do appreciate your time and efforts involved. But truely speaking its not taking the game anywhere. We are the ones who play the game. So we might have better ideas to improve the gameplay.
And guys to be honest, the suggestions I am giving you for free (I am willing to give full support to you also free of cost), they cost my clients thousand of dollars a month. So atleast dont let me or others feel like there is a bunch of ppl sitting out there who dont know a bit about their jobs.

Sorry i took some time to reply here. Little stuck up with events and testing.
Well I agree with you in many ways Cryus and let me add some more parts in the picture.
We havent had any attacks on the server till date. I repeat not a single attack. I can assure you that a player like you who does not share will not get hacked.
About the Bug...
1. If you see any person using the bug report to the guide. We immidiately drop them and place them on a 2 day BAN. If the guides are not available a screenie is enough. We have banned many accounts under the same issue.
2.If you got cheated then write to [email protected]. We return the money in full to you and Penalise the char with account ban. Also it has been escalated to a inventory swipe. If the exploit char routes to anothee high leveller he will face all those mentioned above and delevelling.
3.As far as account hacks are concerned now the habit of Buying/Selling accounts has become far pronounced. People are hacking accounts and selling it. We cannot take any legal action against them. And people who buy thes accounts will have no idea about the history of this account either other than the fact its high level and has godo equips.
4.There is no hand in any of these from the GM's. Its not a 200 member organisation to have leaks. We are small and trusted. Even then what is the motive for telling ppl a way to cheat this way .?? increase usage ??
I understand its human to doubt but do give a thought about why a team would do things to spoil something built out of their own hard work.
5.Well about item recoveries, there are many implications in recovering a item which was sold to a NPC. Added to it is the fact that we simply do not have the resources to support player carelessness. We have always told it clearly in our terms and conditions that we will not be able to do anything in such instances. Well if you can get an account released based on In-game data from blizzard, show me. Nobody does this kind of service to you.
6. About suggestions, there is still a huge level of acceptance required for your suggestions from Actoz and anipark. Please understand we are game publishers and not game developers.
7. Your posts are the least but derogatory or abusive. I'd say its something a lot here should and try inculcate these habits. It is very nice of you to express your feelings and views while staying within the forum rules.
8. Very soon we will have a discussion board with some representatives to discuss issues. But i this board's decision's will not be taken to implementation directly. This will be a gateway to have a panel which can shed light on current problems and try to form solutions for it. Hope to have you on it. If feasible we will implement the same.
