In the Character window.
You need 10k lore to change Nationality!!

LOL at the ppl changing to SEE how a town is!!
You can watch it as tourists too!!

Bloody waste of lore to test something!!!!

Press C or go into the community panel from the toolbar.
Knighthood tab -> Change country ->u need 10,000 lore for changing country i think.
