actually rex i have seen many mmos like for eg- gunz which offer ingame prememium items for real cash...with a3 they also could have done the same...like if they had done it that unique weopons or like mounted g9 or max opts set can be bought for real cash otherwise f2p...many people would have taken them...also they could have done it like u can buy woonzin real cash an mmo named second life has that implemented...

and yes i said about a3india goin down coz i kno most of the g9s and 120+ ppl will go p2p...most of the ppl in a3india r actually 10thies nd like or college...few ppl r 20+ so thats y i said many gonna quit...

even if u play frm home and the rate they keep is 100 rs p/m then also it'll costu like 800 rs coz u have to pay 700 rs inclusive tax nd all that shitt for a basic 64 kbps unlimited...so think...

yea they could have done that but basically it takes a lot of timeto reach g9 and once they do many wouldnt prefer spending money on items..then whats the use? people with money can easily have the best set and the poor fellow will remain poor...lol...apart from that i dont think they would have got enough money to maintain the server that way. india is one large country and indians have many kids who play a3. so the server will start laggin soon due to lack of maintainence that will come due to the lack of money...

Yes..this is so not a good idea. Rich kids with cash to burn will spend and buy up the cool stuff and those who can't afford to pay will be frustrated.
They could let companies sponsor prizes for weekly events or something like that..many ways are there to make money without charging players if u look at it.

dood its true tht nuthin cms for free. but when u say there r mass ppl playing it make it resonable so even colle or school going kids can pay.
cuz they want to run the server and do business and not close it off. so the thing is tht charge should be such tht more and more ppl can play and if more ppl play they will any way get more cash.
Eg. if they charge Rs.300 per month most ppl would quit and they will get less cash
But if they make around Rs.100 or even less more ppl will play tht means more cash collection.
So its tht F2P is not needed but atleast make it REASONABLE so more ppl can play

damn sad its going p2p...will miss ya all my friends i made till now...maybe i'll play gunz fr sometime but still gunz aitn as exceiting as a3...i get bored of that shooting and stuff...plus all noobs in gunz india too easy to win fights..

btw if any of my friend is still going p2p and wants my stuff or id pm me on forums

well you got a point there, but howz this?

few people + high price = good money =good maintainence of the server
many people + low price = good money = screwed up server due to more lag.

how much can they maintain it? india is anyway crowded and not able to bear these people. every third fellow is unemployed. if they follow what you say, one fine day temoz and quanato will get soo crowded that you'll have to go live with the memmoras.

naa re even if they make it LESS MONEY many kids will leave any way and many who r playing other F2Ps will also leave
so talking about the crowds it will be less crowded as soon as it goes P2P. and any way if they getting good cash y cant they maintain in a better way. I mean its true playing was too bad these days cuz of over burden of too many players. i m sying from those players point of view who r really into this game and love it but cant afford to pay high and ready to pay low to be into the game.
Talking of high lvls they wont leave as they want to experience lagg and leechers free A3 but sooner or later burden of high payment is gonna hit them too. Any way we playing from sify which is already costly.
Or they can even do tht sify players get it for less cuz sify is endorsing the game.

yea malt's right maybe they should reduce price fr sify users coz a sifyy broadband 64 kbps unlimited conection costs 600 something which many people have i know...sify's the mot costliest,laggiest,suckiest isp EVERRR

DUDE THIS IS INDIA. DONT THINK RAGNAROCK DOING GREAT BUSINESS AFTER IT WENT P2P. IF U GUYZ THINK U WILL PROFIT FROM P2P THINK AGAIN. ONE WOULD RATHER SPEND THAT MUCH OF MONEY TO SEE NEW MOVIES OR SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH FRIENDS, TO GET MAXIMUM ENTERTAINMENT. YES A3 DOESNT DO GREAT BUSINESS ALL AROUND THE WORLD AND WILL NOT DO SO TOO IN INDIA. PLEASE SOME FREAKIN COMPANY BRING WOW OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT THEY R MUCH WORTH PLAYING.........

P.S- I QUITTED THIS GAME LONG AGO SO IT DOESNT BOTHER ME AT ALL. JUST FOR THE SAKE OF A3 LOVERS. I STILL LOVE THIS GAME.
