WHY R NOOBS SHOOTING FASTER THAN ME?

A Bow archer hitting normal arrows range is 9 and an x-bow archer's range hitting normal arrows is 8

When either class uses ultimate whistle the range will be 9.....

COming to the attack rate issue... Try a different comp and check ur attack rate... If it is still slow then send a mail to [email protected](Sorry to use the monotonous Guides line :) ) along with ur computer details... If there is some kinda bug with ur char then they will help u get over it...

Attack rate being slow only depends on your network lag..not your computer config. Just make sure your comp meets or exceeds whats given on the main a3 india site.
