We have checked the character on our PC's here. It is perfectly fine and the same as that of our test character that has the same build as yours. It is very much an ISP problem. This was faced by another player called Aladdor previously and it disappeared when he changed his connection.

Come on Come on

What a lame reply

You have not read what i have written

Look at the traces and stop waffling

I have a super fast internet connection, proven on other gaming sites, i have even tested my character on another ISP and the results were the same.

I have consulted with my ISP after showing them the traces and they confirm it is the routers that Siffy use and no matter how fast my internet connection. that with the slow routers Siffy use it will always give a long ping hence lag when hopping.

I suggest you send your engineers to get an education in the U.K so they can understand what they are talking about and stop waffling.

The end result is that your routers do not support people playing from the U.K...... just say it and no more bollox plz

The only way you can help now is change my character to a mage..... but i guess i have more chance of winning the lottery than getting help from you guys.

First of all let me tell you that if you are facing delay in terms of ping rates then you will have lag wherein you ll have the whole game lagging and not just your strike rate. In that case the monster attack rate would also be reduced along with the movement speed with respect to the reduction in attack rate. Hence attack rate alone dropping does not seem to be due to lag.

About educating our engineers in the U.K, It is a highly racist comment and i certainly dont expect it from responsible and learned gamers. India as a country is globally acclaimed for its engineers. Please refrain from such comments in future.

When we are talking international bandwidth we are talking transfer agents much larger than a router. They have different cache algorithms also. As far as local testing in concerned we have had stray cases of the same. But surprisingly it does not happen to other players from the same locality under the same router operation.

Above all can you pls explain how will it change things for the better if you were to get a mage instead of your warrior.

We have had the same complaint with anothe player. He changed his connection and then he did not have any complaints.

Thank you for your response :D

Let me first add I am not a racist, people in the game who know me will vouch for that, I never swear or curse towards anyone I have not done a single Pk to any person and I show respect at all times.

Let me just add, I have had this problem from day one and your customer support has been non existent, they have failed to show any consideration to my problem and as far as emailing A3 support, well they never reply.. Can you imagine how frustrating that is?

I do have a strike rate problem plus I also have movement problem but I can live with that, just the strike rate is so damn slow and makes the game unplayable.

When I spoke to my ISP the engineers were very helpful and submitted me a full report of my connection. They also commented on the traces from the file you sent me.

When the signal leaves my network my connection is fast and stable, when it starts hopping via sprint net to siffy it goes pear shape !!! My ISP have no control over this.... Don’t you agree ??

My ISP has been very helpful, I even suggested taking a fast super highway connection 10MB Broadband over the 2Mb I have.. They advised that it would unlikely help, even thought it would cost me more money they were honest and constructive in their comments.

A3 support has not made a single comment to eradicate this problem.

I only know one other person who plays this game from the UK and he also has strike rate and lag issues.

I reiterate my comments were not racist I apologise to any one who think so. I have worked with Indians all over the world and find them very hard working and articulate people...... but I also reiterate A3 support engineers should try and set a better standard and at least reply to e mails. When people have a problem and be more helpful.

MSN gaming zone, gamespy etc have great support and are always sympathetic to player’s problems.

As for being a Mage, well as a warrior my spell attacks works ok just my melee attack suck...... what use is a warrior with a bad melee attack.

And if you read earlier I did try a new ISP from BT Internet a 4Mb Broadband ( My brothers P.C). Results same.

I can not imagine two different PC`s and two different ISP providers with the same results point at an ISP problem, the only common factor is Siffy
this you must agree ??

Now i can not even log in so i guess that is screwed up as well after testing my character.

A3 has a policy not to sell a character is there a policy for exchanging a character in game or by A3 direct.

Wolfcub ( not racist and totally frustrated)

I am sorry for the delay in response from our support team. Now that you mention it, we have some players from US,Singapore,China and Argentina. We get good feed back from them about gameplay. From your feedback we understand that UK players are facing higher delays or data choking. Just to rule out the possibilty of a character based problem can you please login the test account whose user ID and pass i have sent as personal message to you. Check the attack rates and let me know.

Good to hear that you did not mean to say wht it implied. But i also hope you understand the gravity of the statement. I do not intend to pin you up for something like that but we have to ensure that such things are notified to the users.

With regards to international services, most of the online servers give bad ping rates to clients who are placed at far distances. For instance Gamespy cannot do much about bad ping rates for Indian clients. We will try to do our best, still there are some solid physical barriers such as distance and Network architecture which limits us. I am still optimistic about your problem. We will try and resolve it as best and as soon as possible.
