na eos ur wrong till abt 110 u get upto 0.01 per kill then as u said in 2-3 kills 0.01 after 110..ask me im the pastmaster of s1 & r4 quest..
coming to the main topic...thank god grnita is closed..if i had my way it wouldnt open ever cuz it really sux to see noobs become g7 in a week..

80-90 do blood & heart quest from kaduru & i mean religiously!!
90-120 s1 105 quest althoug at 110 u can try claw quest but i still feel s1 quest is better ..i did it for 30 levels non stop hehe..
at 121 to 124 do the hearts of niflgarr creeps quest from yiruk
125 to 129 the artery quest from linsen..
noobs stop leeching and for gods sake enjoy this game because after 130 this game really sux levelling up wise till hatrel opens of course..
