Well I don't know if repeating Kadru's quest helps in crafting or not but I do know one thing....never quit his quests. I had to quit Kadru's quest 3 or 4 times....and now my crafting success rate is 0. I have not experienced even a single success in months.

Hope this will be useful for u guys in india server:

Firstly, the link from sg server that shows the offer of wz to npc, that one is doctored, meaning fake photoshop editing.

As for the real thing, when u do quest for npc:
u get 30 points when u fully complete a quest, however quitting will result in you having a 100 points deduction penalty. It's also made known to us that selling of items can earn u 10 points for every 1million worth u sell to the npc as well as reloading may hav increase as well.

the max points are 32k is max and when hitting 24k worth of points, u start getting item from npc.

doing all these does help in crafting success, however, having your main character do repeated quest is abit pointless. As later part when hatrel is open, u will be doing hatrel npc quest to lvl up thus your points for this current npc will drop.

Inorder to hav permanent relations, players usually use a mule/sub character to do this quest repeatedly.

Example in sg server we have tower of desire event, usually players lvl a character to lvl 59 and stops there, cos at this event, certain lvl range goes into certain tower, n seems that lvl 59 range towers give the best profits, thus players will keep doing the quest of crafter using this sub character and perhaps later stages when npc in hatrel releases crafter passive, then they lvl it up to the required 125 to learn full max crafter passive at lvl 6.

This is the full and correct way of getting the most crafting percentage out of your character.
