the char fennyhood is a known pker but me out of my noobiness took him to c1 to lvl up a few noobs and then complimented a few others and they seem so happy tht a high lvl char greeted them,and thereby they like the char...so u can understand my point....

Well, if more ppl did as u did (getting a good reputation to a char known to pk usually rather than other way round) it would be good.
