try huntin next to taunthuts/lalons/cynics with lag 
most of the a3players in jamshedpur play from cafes.only a few use sify and bsnl.load of crap like i said..64 kb is SAD. forget abt playin a3 on that.
Many ppl claim bsnl is good..someone else could help u out.
And there are many A3ers from jamshedpur...ask em about it too..
