ya in hatrel u hav an armory merchan(i 4get his name) and u get uj there for 1.5 mill
not only that u even get an sms there for 4.5 mill i think

u can buy Ujs, SMS, Neri(G)s, G7, etc,. from NPCs. just to mention a few.
