The most powerful charac is definitely HK

It also depends a lot on the player!!! I took Koolhk (mace holy G7) one on one and all his hp mp was over !!!

It depends MORE on the player's skill and the set he's wearing. It's not a unbreakable rule that one type of char will 'pwn' another type of char...a skilled player knows how to take maximum advantage of his char's powers and attributes in a fight.
Of course, the difference in levels between the opponents has to be reasonably low too.
