I think u mentioned elsewhere that you're a mage (not sure). If you are-then once u get firefield at 29 u can lvl up on ur own, and infact leech ppl below u, cos u get more xp that way!!
For all classes-the golden rule still holds- party with ppl close to your lvl! All of u take quests for the same map and hunt n play together. Not only do u get xp, but make friends like this and you can be a self sufficient gang that levels up together.
It really doesn't help for a high lvl (read 100+) person to leech u in c1 or anywhere like that cos they get no xp whatsoever. Also (again if you're a mage) by creating your own group like this u take pressure off maps like c1. A full party in vemerden or carode helps everybody, all will get good drops and xp.
