It's called 'accept party requests' and it's found in options. Keep it turned off always unless you're forming a boss hunt party, and turn it on to let friends join. Doing this is a pain, but will save u much trouble later.

GO for Boss hunts with ppl u know not like sm ppl u dnt know and they ask for boss hunts and take drops and never show up...And make sure ur party request is off.... Or like the boss hunt tetsusaga was doing and a hk named nitrateoxide asked him party and voila he got a opal ..And the hk tped and nvr gave him i guess.....

Anibal ( Archer ) they play from Mumbai... Kandivali area to be More precise I m gonna Pound them both for looting My SHild set

let me make it clear to u 1 point.
there r good and bad people evry where. u told noobs cheat and we cannot trust them .similaly there r many highlvl player who ask noobs to join party take them s1 /s2leave themthere and tp
or most times leave party and pk them.
and if taking about good noobs i am formy self agood player

once i got a g8 shield wich i didnt return coz of a sad stoyy and coz allthe players in that party were greddy usin foullanguage and pker.
i many uj inmany other hjigh lvlparty i retruned all of them
and many more
so r they many good high lvl players
thus what i want to say is geting seperated asoobs and high lvl players is not the solution0
what wemust do is when ever a person is cheated we must paste his name on the forum with our name also then we can be aware ofhis name
all good noobs and highlvl palyer bcom friends help each other and thus they prosper inthe game.
and those those noobs who cheat wil never get help from high lvl players and those high lvl player wos cheat won get nobs support and help.
