As per D sources ans: YES
There will be delay to resume server & can take approx 10-36hrs more, GM are unable to POST any update due to powercut in their area, heavy rainfall & that also caused A3 server.

Once things bck normal, there will be major events to Compensate

in meanwhile you can spend your time with your friends & lovable Family.

bhai aapne 36 hour bola tha ya 36 days... kyu ki.. 36 hour ki jagah aaj 3 days ho gaye... ab to bata do ki server kab start hoga?? har baar soon soon ka answer de rahe ho.. atleast fix time de do... so we dnt check forum and a3 game every hour....
