The punishment seems to be fair considering that noone knows how many levels they lvlled up by using a botting software and considering what guide said in the other thread that if no punishment was given then the game would have to be started with eveyone from lvl1 when the game goes out of beta.Giving them just a small lvl drop wouldn't have stopped them from using the a3 client to there advantage.

Hi All,
I have been following this poll and all i see is another flaming section
on the GM's.

Let me put up some facts for you to make your choice better.

1. These players were initially warned as they were new but the habit
continued and spread.
2. They have been doing this from levels as low as 60.
3. You are forgetting the fact that this kind of offense is to be met with an
account ban since they do irrepairable damage to the game economy.
In the face of an account ban experience reduction is very lenient. They
are still able to retain their stat points, equipment and skills.
4. All those who think these players are high level and influential, Punishing them is not good for the game. Think again.
Do you want to have a server where the GM's turn a blind eye to the
non-manner activites commited by high level players since they are
influential.

Thank you for your comments Hellsworth and Dredpker. It will certainly
help us serve better. But Please from refrain from using Offensive
metaphors.

Regards,
[GM]First.

DUDE

1. INITIALLY WARNED............... I DON'T THINK SO.
ALL WHOM I TALKED TO SAID THEY DID IT BECAUSE GMs DIDN'T PUNISH THE ONES WHO STARTED IT.

2. U MEAN THE STORAGE BUG OR HATREL THING, COZ HATREL IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY AFTER 100.

3.EXP REDUCTION AIN'T LENIENT AT ALL, LVL A CHARACTER TO LVL 130 AND GO DO ANY QUEST, THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHAT IS LENIENT BECAUSE GMs AND GUIDES HAVE BEEN LVLED TO 165 IN A SEC AND DON'T REALLY KNOW ABOUT THEIR SKILLS, THIS IS EVIDENT AS WE ALL SAW GUIDE v/s GUIDE PVP IN THE ARENA, FROM WHAT WE SAW THE PLAYERS HAD TO ADVISE THE GUIDES ON WHAT TO USE. SO IT IS NOT LENIENT.

4. PUNISHING NOT GOOD.........
NO ONE SAID THAT, PUNISHED THEY SHOULD BE BUT CARE SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN WHILE DOING SO. LVL 130 GUYS CAN TAKE A BEATING OF 2 OR 3 LVLS. THOSE LOWER CAN TAKE MORE, THUS EXP SHOULD BE REDUCED AS A FIXED AMOUNT SAY 50MIL EXP. THAT WOULD AFFTECT THEM ALL EQUALLY. THIS -1500% IS OUTRAGEOUS.

5. TILL NOW YOU TURNED A BLIND EYE TO THIS HATREL THING, THERE WAS NO FAST ACTION, SO REFRAIN FROM USING THAT EXCUSE.

FINALLY YOU GMS ARE INCOMPETENT AT YOUR JOB. PLEASE VACATE THE JOB AND HIRE PEOPLE WITH CREATIVITY TO DO THE JOB.

well u should have banned them then cause noone in their right mind will even give a second's thought of continuing if they're at -1500. At that lvl, being banned wont make any difference...

well u've already turned a blind eye when action would have actually made a difference. we complained since before open beta came out, that was in middle of august and now we're in december, that's 5+ months....i dumbfounded at wat u think will come off this, specifically wat positive things this will create....

to quote gmfirst..... we were not warned at all........cause i remeber very well tht when i gt caught by gmdiablo on going to hatrel i didnt lie to him.. i told him whtever i did there.. and after tht "warning" i never stepped into hatrel.. u can check ur log books if u want... and as far as using illegal means as far as lvl 60 i m sure tht impossible.... cause everyone knows tht in order to go to hatrel u must be a lvl 100+ charc so hw the hell we would have used the hatrel map if we were 60??  and btw we gt the hatrel map much much later.... cause in cb we never gt any other map hacks and stuff... and if u want proof u can check ur log books again cause ur gms told me tht u can know wht all everyone does in the server!!
and agin do the needful and reply fast so tht other players will know the truth!!![/quote]
