I purchased the 2x pin on 26/06/26.Its still not showing in account or the mail.Today is the event so kindly send it soon

Dear GameMasters,

I did made the purchase for 2X pin and I have been waiting for it to arrive in my inbox.. but to my dosapointment it has not arrived yet. Can you please help me get the PIN.
