recharge pin not provided

dear GM, i have recharged few days ago, i could not get pin . i need pin to activate my account, or else my char will be cant play. i request you to release character or provide me pin so i could use free to play basis. please. i have receipt of payment still no recharge pins, so i have dissapointed, please solve this issue
