Gm i had mailed first on 18th feb regarding character retrieving .. i have provided all required information regarding my character Stoneberg.. It is 15th March today ... Almost a month.. I have mailed to A3support at least 10-11 times .. Still no hope .. Please look into it and help me in every possible Way . Will be very grateful.. Thank you
