Guides/GM's,
If you say that, you and the previous GM's did a fair decision in releasing/punishing characters, in the banned section, I don't see, Swayer's name, Maverickxxx, Neofeelit, Venomspirit names? Entire a3India group knows that, these people had added advantage of using additional stats points, lvl 13 weapons to levelup their townmates. I got screenies for the same. However, none of the above mentioned names were in the banned section. Can you tell us why?
Now don't say, if you want a fair game, leave it to us we will take care and if you think our decision is biased, ask yourself why are you here in the first place, bow bow bow. There are hand full of kids who play this game and hand full of people who earn money more than your father does! So don't think if you say something, people will obey and respect your decisions.
Be true yourself and think once, are you doing a fair judgement of banning/releasing characters? If you still say, yes, we are doing the fair judgement, then answer my above question. Why aren't Swayer's , Maverickxxx, Neofeelit, Venomspirit character punished?

Abaya.
During the course of A3, most of the characters were banned and released. Most historic bans date back to Episode 1 wherein some players used client files from other official servers to gain access to Hatrel. They have been sorted out and resolved over the course of time.
We have stopped using the Forum to post the banned characters unless
1. The ROC violation is very severe and the ban is Permanent.
2. More than 1 characters are involved in ROC violation of the same kind.
3. The character involved has affected more than 1 player in the game as a result of the violation.
We don't like to humiliate any players and point out saying that they have done a mistake. Everyone does mistakes and we would like to sort it out in a friendly and confidential way. That is the reason why we have stopped posting banned character details in the Forums, so that the player could directly contact us and have the issue resolved without any other players knowing about it, so that the reputation of the character won't be damaged. Posting the issue out in the public forums is more damaging to the character and player and it would be of no use too. That is the main reason why we ask all the players involved in ROC violation to mail to the support so that the issue could be resolved in a proper way rather than putting up an endless debate (as we are doing now).
The A3 India server was bought down for the first time in May 2009. The official support from Actoz has ceased in Jan 2009. The server was run unofficially from Jan to May and during this time, there have been attempts by the GMs to make the players happy by giving away stuff and unfair advantage to characters, just because they could be kept happy for a few months and prevent them from flamming when the server would eventually close. Frankly, I myself have given few Grace of Silbadu randomly to players. It's not just about the character that you have pointed out. Infact, there are more people who have been affected and have gained unfair advantage in any of the terms (Exp, Items, Weapons etc). We don't have enough data at out exposure to launch a full scale inquiry and hence we monitor the game closely to track down these illegal items. Additionally, there has been a problem with the website earlier by which you could activate any of your account which was pending GM verification. If your User ID was "mya3account", you could register an account with the User ID "MYA3ACCOUNT" and your "mya3account" would get activated. Earlier in Sify A3 India, people used to create such accounts for using them as storage accounts and that is the reason why many players have exploited this bug to have their accounts released and gain unfair advantage. This issue was not known until we happened to investigate the issue based on few screenshots that were mailed to us. We suspect that there are more character out there which have been activated with illegal items. We are monitoring the game closely for that reason.
As I said earlier, we don't deal with such issues publicly. We speak to the players and once we are made aware of the bug that they have exploited, we fix the issue, give a warning to the player and release the character by issuing a penalty as we always did.
Honestly we don't care if you are from Quanato or Temoz. If you violate the rules, you get banned. If not today, tomorrow you will get banned for sure. We are taking keen interest on the game and I am making myself free to come ingame and personally talking to players and helping them with their issues and investigating several cases.
As I mentioned, few people act very smart and end up in trouble. They sell their characters and happen to send mails to the support saying that their character has got hacked. Little do they know that we investigate deep into the issue to find out what really is happening and we end up tracing back the issue to RC Dealing (Like in this case). This is literally scamming in the real world and we cannot make A3 India an accessory for it. Since they are caught, they try to evade by pointing a finger at the GMs and blaming them instead of acknowledging the fact that the player himself has violated the rules.
This is what happens if you treat your issues public instead of learning how to deal with them properly. It's damaging for everyone. Especially you.
Seriously.. You people want us to be active in the game and make the game fair. If we are doing so and taking actions on violations, you blame us. I just hate the fact that we take so much pain to investigate cases and end up giving justifications to our actions. This is not a democracy.
A3 India was in a lot of financial crisis after it has been closed down by Sify. The scale of the server is massive and would require a lot of IT resources like Network and Hardware to efficiently support it. It is because of people like this who are RC Dealing and end up ruining the server. It is the main reason why original A3 India was closed and why the server was down for the last 6 months.
End of discussion! If you really want something to be done about your issue, we suggest you to mail to the support.
