GM's Banning Char's Based On Rumours

You have a point, that real money spent by players and getting ban is not just.

However on contradictory,
1) Its not practically possible to differentiate between real hack/scam issue and that which underwent RC dealing.
For example, a player will sell his character to a new person and he may try to get back his character via., GM's saying that it is hacked.

2) If for instance, if GMs made RC dealing legal, say they have put a official portal through which RC dealing can be processed then the person who rich will always be having everything what he wants and kids ( non-working class ) may end up Noobs forever. This will hurt the game very bad.

And to sum it up,
1) Hack/scam is only possible due to irresponsibility of players ( like sharing and not paying attention while dealing stuff ).

2) The present conditions where lot of RC dealing has taken place was due to in-activeness of of previous/current GMs ( not sure whether the server transaction is already made ). Sify GMs are equally share the blame for messing up at end of its days.

Well whatever done is done, GMs should concentrate on damage control and players should be judged with justice

My point here is, there is always a particular group of people who gets targeted every time. If GM's says, we are know what is happening in game and we do have logs, then I have nothing more to post in this topic.

For Eg: Kathilaseena banned for scamming people. What about Firemet? He is a big time scammer and GM de-lvl'ed up and released. GM could have done the same to Kathilaseena.

Let's face the fact. People invest RC to buy items, Wz and even pay RC to level their character. A well known aura 5 mage in Q do contract leveling for players. So GM's aren't aware of this? Or this is not covered under ROC?

Banning players who have good spirit to play isn't good. What GM's and guides have to learn is, they should be equal to all characters. For some reason, I don't see that in this server after the drop event that GM's did in the NewYear event 2009. Funny part is, the only Temoz character who got some decent drop is me. I got Grace from GM's. Even then, I'm saying GM's weren't true to themselves.

We all are well read teenage/adults and need to behave like one.

Note: I don't own any of the above mentioned characters except Abaya or friend of Manish. Just sharing my thoughts and the kind of server that the GM today are running!

I would like to take this opportunity to speak about the Gamemasters and Administrators who have worked with A3 India. I believe they have been doing a very good job when it comes to dealing with ingame issues. We are currently incharge and we will continue to do so.

Have faith in us and understand the basic fact that we can't take both sides of the coin. No matter what decisions are taken, there are people who will be happy and people who will be angry. If we ban a character, the town mates of the character will be angry at us, whereas the opposition town mates will be happy with our decision. This is quite common and it always happens.

You have taken an example of a character getting released while another character was not released. I don't want to get into the details of the characters that you have mentioned, but understand the fact that there are 2 types of players. The first kind constitute most of the players who violate ROC and when we take action on them, they acknowledge their mistake and promise not to repeat it. Under those circumstances we would be obliged to issue a penalty to the character and release it. The second kind of players (The one that we are dealing with right now - Princerajkot), point a gun at us and present their arrogance and try to prove the contradictory saying that they have done nothing wrong and GMs are wrongfully blaming them. Infact, as you could see, many other players in this topic have already tried to prove that GMs actions upon the character are legitimate and there has been a definitive ROC violation as far as Princerajkot was concerned. This kind of tug of war attitude doesn't get us going anywhere and that is the reason why we do nothing about the issue since the player himself is non co-operative.

If you want a fair game, let us do our job and respect our decisions. If you find it too hard to do so, you could rather question yourself as to why you are here in the first place.

ppl do mistakes and accept it and get penalised...bt ppl like him ( Princerajkot) he nvr admits his mistake...nd he wants tht everything shud be in his favor...i don wanna take name...but yes dis char is shared with so many ppl...whnever i pmed someone else replyied....so gms thumbsup for dis decision...

Looks like if Manish have really done ROC violation, he just needs to say, " Yes, I am sorry, I did by mistake and will not repeat again ", PrinceRajkot will be released!

I am not going to hijack this thread for other characters or instance issues, any further. I'm sorry, if I have hurt GM in any manner, just a common thought process of the players of a3India that, GM's are supportive to Q. May be after releasing PrinceRajkot, the judgement of players might change!

This is Manish ( Princerajkot ), Sad to hear that my character has been banned based on some stupid rumours spread by some guys. Hope GM's Dont Believe such rumours in future and wreck the players spirit who endeavoured spending time in building the character's image with high reputation.

Based on rumours? You did sell Janis, is it a rumour? You have shared your characters with people who are involved in RC dealing, is it a rumour. Now let me tell you the fact, Princerajkot is banned permanently for violating several ROC's and it will not be released under any circumstances. Issue closed.

I don't want get into unnecessary mess , replying each & every pony , But i would like to enlighten GMstorm statements.

In his next statement GM said,

From the above statements it is understood that , GM feels that his actions of banning character are legitimate, if the opposite town players applaud his decision. If some sick persons speculate rumours or barks on forum / game without any proofs...GMs are in a position to believe those rumours as facts.

My only request to GMs is ..Just post the proofs for banning my character ....Simply saying Janis is sold, Princerajkot is shared .. looks silly. If logging from other city is violation , then I request you to review all other accounts of a3India . I bet none of the accounts will login in future, if the same rule is applied .

Sharing of Character is violation of ROC :- Sharing means what ? ....No where defined.

If IP address are different, Is it sharing? -- Proxies can give multiple IPs.
If profile is changed , Is it sharing? -- Why the facility has been provided?

Please explain the word 'SHARING' and apply the same rules to every one

Even Laws of the country are amended on public demand , why not A3?.

If you want a fair game, let us do our job and respect our decisions. If you find it too hard to do so, you could rather question yourself as to why you are here in the first place.

Fair game is the game in which..

• GMs does not get away with rumours.
  GMs give a chance to the players to prove their innocence before taking decisions.
  GMs respect the rights of the players.
  GMs stick to their positions, but not as players in the game.
  GMs core group players does not enjoy extra privileges in the game like bugged stats & high level weapons.
  Spying on particular characters do not happen
