Please look into the matter.Sify.com Site is being Taken over by Google... And Users Can no Longer Change their profile details or nething..If we Click on Changing Profile it Redirects to gmail site and unable to change sify profile settings.So Please look into the matter and find a solution to it.else plz Ignore ne hack account retrival request through Sify account As its not possible now to Change or even update the profiles..Please Do the Needful Asap!Thnx

Can you please mention what is the need for your to change the Sify Profile at the particular moment? Are you selling / buying characters?

Sify is not related to A3-india now...Ur alternate email id is evrything for u.

And i am not facing the issue of changing profile of sify id...
its working fine..!!!

GMstorm i used to play from a cafe... but recently 3 of my cafemates Chars r being hacked.. no 1 knws how.. but the chars sets n all r gone.. donu whether keyloger was installed or smthing else.. but chars werent being shared....n they used to change their a3india profile n sify profile on weekly basis..so i dont feel safe now as even i used to play from same cafe n i hve chnged my a3 profile but m worried abt sify.......so would u plz do smthing abt it.!!!!or if u r giving d gaurantee tht even if i dont chnge sify profile my char is safe[as its not shared] i dont mind keeping d same profile ....

Mr Yamrajxxx u might b getting sm xtra privileges From sify i guess..!!Coz no 1 in the server are able to change their sify profiles or update it..how come u are able to do??got SM Jack in sifyiway? n b4 commenting on post.. Get full info abt whts d issue...dont jst come n comment randomly !!

To keep it simple, in the server, we used to get yellow spam saying, for hack issues email from Sify account to get your character back.

My concern is, what will happen if I forgot my Sify password, secert question and the alternate email id password(or cant login alternate email account like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail .. etc)? I can't email GM's to get my character back?

It appears to me a character is dependent on sify email id only.

What we would like to suggest is, please consider the character a3-india profile email account to help us with any issues with respect to character and not just with sify email account.

Please note that your Sify Account is your last resort. We will not use it for Hack Investigation until and unless it's absolutely necessary. So you need not worry about it. We know how unsecure Sify accounts could be.

Thanks GM. So, even if we have a3-india profile alternate email address, we could get the character back. That's my understanding.
