Forgot Pass and alternate email

Hey Gms,
hey gms i forgot a/c's pass n even alternate email.. i have 3 characters all i forgot passwords.. i have sent u all last info of my char so plz kindly chk it and plz send a retrieval pass on my email frm which i have send u mail..
Following are the tickets.

3. 282757

Have you tried using the Recover Password option from the Service Panel?

Ya but it doesnt back i dnt remember which was my alternate email i tried all so atlast mailed u all ... but i had sm info which i have mailed u all..

Please keep checking your Mails and avoid sending so many mails for the same issue. Excessive spamming might lead to Email being blacklisted.

my issue is almost getting completed.. u just have to reset my alternate email id to my sifymail.... plzz do it asap... eagerly w8ing for loggin my character... pls do it atleast with12-24hours.. plzzz .. its n humble req...

Please mention your active Ticket ID. Avoid creating multiple tickets for the same issue.
