Not Getting PIN

i have mailed 4 times to [email protected] , with required details , still i havent got my FREE 1 month PIN . It has been more than a week now . Please send the free PIN or otherwise compensate the exp in-game
which we are loosing each day as we are not able to play without the PIN.
