cannot get server info

cannot get server info

hi GM

i have been playing a3 when all of a sudden it stopped. i havn't been able to log in anymore. it says "cannot get server information".
help please.

There is no issue with server. Kindly check the following
1. Check is your Internet connection on.
2. Make sure you are not using “Work Offline” option
3. Check if your firewall blocking a3 client.
