Hello GMStorm,

As per you said i sent the mail back to A3support team and here is the reference ID for this 8003566.

Character was hacked at 1st March 2008 and at that time the character was a very High level character and also has a very good reputation in game.

Also the character is hacked for the 1st time.

So please look into this matter.
