G9 with 10% Mnt

Does anyone knows how to craft G9 with 10% mnt? According to what i know no, only Mytho did it.

IF anyone knows, please advise me.

I don't think mounted g9 crafting is possible in a3india. (as of now)

The only mounted g9 equips that I'm aware of is a rhmitta staff(ele mage) and an osiric(sword hk).
And i was told that these were given to the winners of an event, as a reward, by the GM's.

The same event came sm 2 or 3 mnths back .
G9 spear ,G9 sword,G9 rhmita this 3 wpns i hv saw till now
