Is this the support the players are going to get?
I read the rules, it was said that we should not make two threads for support regarding the same problem but I think I reserve the right to do so if I or so many players don't get support since 5 days.

The Lag Issue is just constantly going worse for Airtel Users, not only in Chennai, but Bangalore aswell. Or maybe all Airtel Users. Now dont say that It is Airtel's problem.
Sify users are not lagging at all.
Now you cannot expect every player to have Sify internet if they want to play the game lag free. If thats your plan I am sorry to say but you are defintiely going to lose plenty of users.
And ofcourse Airtel is much better than Sify and just to play the game I wont shift to sify.
The Lag isnt just 1 or 2 days. Been over a week. Atleast 3 days back I could play lag free at the night for 2-3 hours, but now its 24 hours Lag. Too much lag in night time and HORRIBLE & Unbearable Lag in the mornings.
I have already died 5 times, getting PKed because of your lag. You cannot expect us to hunt at big maps in this lag.
See, I am asking just one question seriously.
Are you going to fix the lag or not? If you cannot fix it, just say that honestly, I will stop logging on to the game with the hope that lag is gone.
If you can fix it, then WHEN WILL YOU FIX IT. I will start playing from that day.
Be straight forward and tell everyone what you can do and what you cannot.
Dont keep us waiting always.
