Some mistake Done by GMs

My accont has been banned by GMs , i have sent many Mails to a a3support but i did not got any reply,
when i tried to renew my account then i came to know tht my a/c is banned.i have not done anything wrong so tht i will get banned or panality.

Check on my issue asap...some mistake has been done by GMs.
