Please check the error maintained with two accounts
1st account - Highest level character - Styleocean
2nd account - Highest level Character - Iformagesl
the above two account has the following error :-
1>I am not able to change the profile details of the above acounts, such as
Secreat answer, secreat word, alternate email
2>I dont recive any email notification of any changes made in profile or change in password
3>while opening my profile it says "Invalid password", the screen dosent remains usual
while i am having full acess to my account
4>THE CHARACTER NAME Styleocean OFEN STUCKS IN MAPS, AND ALTHOUGH THE REVERSE CURE OPTION STAYS OFF, THE CHARACTER IS STILL MANAGED TO BE RCED
I AM QUITE SAD OVER THIS CUSTUMER SUPPORT AND CUSTUMER CARE THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING, BECAUSE AFTER WRITING MORE THEN 2 MAILS(this is 3rd one) STILL THIS ERROR HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AND YESTERDAY I LOST 26% EXPERIENCE DUE TO BEING STUCKED IN NIFFGAR ENTRANCE WHERE I LOST 26 % DUE TO PLAYER KILL IN SERIES WITH REVERSE CURE
ALTHOUGH MY RC OPTION WAS OFF !Hope writing in Upper case, you may take the matter seriously !
