my a3pin is not activated

my a3pin is not activated

i mailed a3support for that my a3pin is not activated from two times but again from that side reply is

Thank you for contacting A3 Customer care.

With reference to your mail we wish to inform you that your character
has been fixed . You can login to your account and start playing with
your character. For any assistance feel free to mail us.

but my account is again came with 5 minute rc plz do something fast
