i need to ask u 1 thing that can u pls tell me wt is the proper
use of STONE OF HOPE .

i wnt to knw that ....
For wt stone of is used for and at wt lvl can we use and t r the Effect after using if fails or pass n % of passing pls can u tell ?

Stone of hope is used to craft Treasure of Destruction , which is used for upgrading the item level to 11 and above.
It (Treasure of Destruction)has very low success rate where it has 12 % success rate on non blessing items and 17% success rate on blessing items.
Making stone of hope is 100% success.
