my chracter deadraven got hacked on 30th may .......i mailed the a3 support team i got reply by thm stating
"This is with reference to your mail , we would like to inform that your request has been denied. When we helped you in your item retrieval request previously, the items were retrieved to you along with the warning that you have to take care of your account/items and we will not be helping you in any such issues in future. Hence, we are sorry, we cant help you in retrieving the account for you.
Note: The decision has been made by GMs and there will be no changes in it. "
i mean no1 hacks their own chracter we spend a hell lot of time and money on it and one day it gets hacked and hacker enjoys with our chracter ...it tooks years for me to build my chracter and we get no help from GM"S also ... please reply fast guyz ...coz if my SS and set is gonna u ppl dont return that also .....cant afford to loose all the things which took me years and money to waste on ..please help me out and reply fast ...thnak you
