my account got stuck wen i tried to enter arena . . .help

to the gm's ,
at about 5.50 am on monday , when i tried to enter arena by clicking the " move to arena " button in sioo's window, my character froze and i couldn't do anything . i had to forcefully exit the client through windows . when i tried to connect again , it said " you cannot connect to the server . please wait . reconnect now " again and again .
i am able to login to my a3 account in your website and as you can see , the forums also .
so , please help me by releasing my account as soon as possible .
