When I got hacked, I wasn't returned my Supershue, LvL9 Nharkerr, Iartekk and my passive skills. So finally the hacker has got what's he's wanted and totally screwed up my char. I know it's destroyed and it's company policy not to return NPC'd stuff but what bout the guy playin and how would he feel when he's worked hard to get those items. I think it's a little frustrating to see a character end up the way it is after it's hacked than how it was before.
