Playing A3 in Pune

Hi GM
I need to know where i can have access to A3 India in Pune. I am unable to find any gamedrome or any other cafe where i can play, near or around Baner Road in Pune. Also i am unable to download the A3 Installation from the official site. Please do the needful. Thanks
