that i have already dont 10 to 20 times
but sir
they are saying they cant help me out and u r only my last hope...
in getting my character stufs back as the reason is there was a problem in sify site from where i can change profile i was trying to change it but i was not able to do that and now a3support@a3india replyed and said they cant help me out same is the case with [email protected] so sir u r my last hope please help me out...

If there is a problem with changing your pass with the forgot pass option in the sify website, it will be resolved soon. If you believe the account is hacked then report it to the support team and provide character's recent game history to get a pass reset.
