giv us an explation wht exatly u need..?? u banned his id coz it was not a paid account ??.. no char was lvl 30..??? it could be this reason only ... n now u wil giv 1 line reply "no we dint baned his id coz it was not paid."nn giv us an explation y he need to accept panelty when he dint voilated ROC 8 n 17...
