Dear Gms, my charter got hacked on the date of 24th of dec and i was participated in the region wars. Till now i got nothing and i need my region and christamas prizes and plz dont ignore me and plz provide me my prizes . :( :( :(

I got my charter back on 29th dec;(Note)
